Power Press Inspection

Our specialists are available to undertake the comprehensive mechanical and electrical examination of your presses and ancillary production equipment, and give you a full report on the condition of your equipment. The detailed inspection report will advise of any "wear and tear" on the machine, detail any parts or repair work required, and action to be taken to ensure continued production. We will then provide a detailed quotation for any parts or work required to keep you in production and compliant with the health and safety legislation.

Inspections are scheduled with the customer to minimise down time and loss of production.

Users of mechanical power presses have a duty to comply with the HSG236 "thorough examination of power presses". We have developed our power press inspection service to once again take the hassle out of complying with the legislation. We can work with the insurance company to undertake the inspection, providing a seamless service from start to finish.
